The afternoon program, commencing at 2pm in the Hall, usually consists of music, a quiz, a guest speaker, a short devotional time and afternoon tea.

A gold coin donation is requested. Afternoon tea is supplied.

Adelphian Craft Shop

The ministry of the Adelphian Craft Shop, located at 46a McLachlan Street, commenced in 1978. In its 32 years of operation, the Adelphian Craft Shop has sought to be a 'warm and welcoming' place for its staff, members and clientele.

The shop sells a range of craft goods, including greeting cards, baby wear, rugs, handbags, tea-pot cosies, toys, woodcraft, flowers, vegetables, fruit and much more.  It has established a regular clientele within Horsham and its surrounding areas, and visitors are encouraged to take the opportunity to purchase locally made products.

All the goods available for purchase have been made or grown by craft shop members.  Members pay a small annual fee which entitles them to sell their goods through the shop. At the end of each month, members receive payment for the goods which have been sold, less a commission retained by the Adelphian Craft Shop.

The shop is staffed by volunteers, many of whom are actively involved in the life of the Horsham Church of Christ and, after expenses have been deducted, all Adelphian Craft Shop profits are used to support a variety of local, national and international appeals.
